Sondra Mahana is a graduate of Body In Mind Massage Institute, New Jersey 2014, where she completed a 600 hour massage therapy Certification Program in anatomy and physiology. Sondra has over 8 years of experience with Medical Massage Therapy and has dedicated her career to helping others obtain a better lifestyle and to manage pain with a holistic approach with her many skills obtained.
Sondra is certified in Cancer and Mastectomy Massage, Sports Massage, Decompression Cupping, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Hot Stone, Prenatal Massage, Aromatherapy, Deep Tissue Massage, Swedish Massage, Reflexology and massage for specific conditions like sciatica, the rotator cuff, plantarfascitis, temporomandibular joint disorder, and carpal tunnel. Massage therapy is not only Sondra’s career, it is her passion. Her hobbies include outdoor activities like camping, boating, fishing, and staying active, traveling and spending time with loved ones.
