Did you know that bending over at the back instead of bending your knees to lift a load increases the load 10x to your back? IE. Lifting a 5 gallon water jug off the floor, which weighs 45lbs, improperly means your back is actually lifting 450lbs! Who has back pain out there? OUCH!
